Default What is the current financial status of the team?

Good news... all slots on the server are covered (for now). If you were considering supporting this ministry, please continue to do so. We have other costs that are NOT currently covered (e.g. Forum Software, Ventrilo, Hosting Fees, etc). Your support is needed and appreciated! Thank you!!!

I vote we just have E change Jaing's name to match what's on the list. It'll keep things easier.

With talk about the forum licensing changing...where is the team financially? Are we still server slot minimum, or do we have enough for a real gaming webhost/forum/vent?

I am not sure what you mean by "real gaming webhost/forum/vent".

The slots cover the gaming server (there is a significant PayPal fee at the minimal amount of money the donations are). However, we do NOT want to change this because I do not want to get yearly donations for reasons described previously (somewhere) and per discussions with the MT and other men on the team. There is one caveat on the gaming server in that they keep billing is for the old 64 slot AND the "new" 48 slot. This is just getting soooooooo old!

The web hosting and Ventrilo server are also coming out of this account. There is not enough to cover them forever.

Our account basically gets enough to pay these bills (not really... but most) and then is empty when they are paid. Repeat.

OK - So that you are out no money, how much do you need above what you already have (include any paypal surcharges in the total) to cover expenses for whatever you regard as the basic set up?

Total - what's hanging out?

(I was not able to determine this from the preceding couple of posts).

Take care!

Sometimes you just gotta laugh. Sooooo. Remember all the problems we had with Art of War Central? Remember that funny image I posted where I clicked on the Live Chat for Wolf Servers and the dialog box was an AOWC graphic? So I email them again today to figure out why I am getting billed still for both servers (it ended up being my fault *sigh) and I get an email back from Steve Phallen at Wolf support. I recognized the name immedaitely as the owner of AOWC!!! So I emailed him to see what's up with that! Makes you wonder how many of these gaming, host, ventrilo type companies are all really just the same guys!

Sooooo. AOWC bought Wolf 3-4 months ago. I had an email chat with Steve and explained how much better (in kinds words) our Wolf server was compared to the AOWC one. He said that they had learned several things from Wolfs implementation.
